The team’s purpose is to lead day-to-day operations of the district and provide visionary leadership. The team consists of 13 team members that lead their department or building. The team collaborates with one another to facilitate continuous improvement efforts, strategic planning work, and review performance indicators. The team is excited to provide an update as they get ready for the 2024-2025 school year.
